TuneRights.com[1] is a meeting place for creators and investors. Creators register their works and allow people to buy shares of the future revenue that a work generates. In other words, TuneRights is a stock exchange for songs and stock owners are entitled to a portion of the revenue stream that a song generates. Revenue streams are different for each investment and may include, but are not limited to, retail sales, radio plays and synchronization licensing to film and television. TuneRights is used by amateur and professional creators, by layman consumers, and by people working professionally in the music industry.
