Tune

A "tune" is a registered audio recording that is eligible for trading on TuneRights.com[1]. Only the legal owner of a an audio recording can register an audio recording and thereby, create a "tune". A "tune" should have an ISRC code[2] (or some other code?) in order to be considered legitimate.
Shareholders of a "tune" will receive a portion of all the revenue that the specific recording generates. Including, but not limited to, retail sales, synchronization licenses, terrestrial radio, online streaming. (better description of revenue is needed).
